I love food- everything about it. I think about food when I wake up in the morning; I talk about food during the day; I read about food at night; and I have sweet dreams about food when I’m sleeping.
I was trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, arguably the best culinary school in the world. I was also trained in restaurant and hotel management at Florida International University. I have worked for some of the greatest chefs in America. I have dabbled in restaurant kitchens, hotel kitchens, dining rooms, catering, food and wine events, and just about every food related job you can think of. I am a master of none, but skilled at many.
